The veracity of the information provided is the complainter's responsibility. All information will be verified during the verification process, and the resulting actions will be taken at exclusive discretion of Rivelli.

We emphasize that Rivelli does not tolerate retaliation or punishment for filing a report in good faith and with responsibly.

IDENTIFICATION OF THE COMPLAINTER

Rivelli guarantees the complainter's anonymity, if they want to identify themselves, it will protect their identity, ensuring that there is no retaliation against them. In this way, you can make your anonymous or identified report.

If you choose to identify yourself, you can provide your information to be contacted, in case clarification is needed about the reported case, which will facilitate investigations.

All personal information collected in this Reporting Channel will be treated by RIVELLI in accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 13,709/2018 – “LGPD”).
